ABOUT ME

I am pursuing my M.S. in biology at Binghamton University, State University of New York. I am advised by Dr. Lindsey Swierk. Currently, my research is focused on Anolis aquaticus, a small, semi-aquatic lizard found in Costa Rica and Panama.

Previously, I studied captive giant anteaters at Connecticut's Beardsley Zoo, focusing on reproductive behaviors and behaviors in response to acoustic stimuli. This research led to me accepting a position as a zookeeper at the zoo for a summer, and I look back on this as one of the most exciting and interesting times in my life.

In my spare time, I enjoy birding, reading, and hiking.
